Commercial Description:
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

Beer pours an Amber color. Has a flowery/hoppy nose. A medium light mouth feel. Good hop flavor. A drinkable Pale.

Pours a copper color with an off white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, and some citrus hops. Flavor is malty, caramel, and a bitter citrus hop finish.

Along with some citrus there is a definite caramel edge to the nose and palate. The palate shows some dryness but also a sweet midpalate with a touch of chocolate. Nice beer.

Light cappuccino foam coloured head : lacing is pretty good, average for a APA ... light golden colour .. light rust hop pine smell ... taste is nice, maybe a bit muddled .... "if you find a cheaper lion, you must be in africa" ... the 6 % is quite well hidden so its worth a try but there are better APA’s...

12 oz bottle: Pours a very light brown/amber, with very thin white head. Smelled a little citrus, a little carmel. Medium bitter aftertaste, lingering hops on the palate. Refreshing but not overall too much else to say about it.

Pours the color of dirty pennies. Smells a little citrus-y. A nice hop flavor and bitter finish make this a refreshing beer on a summer day.

Bottled, 355ml. Beautiful reddish amber color, no head. Flower and citrus aroma. Nice hoppiness, some saltiness. Lasting palate.
