The flavor is somewhat bitter to me, subtle bite with a nice hoppy finish. Aroma was clean and nicely hopped and toasty with a hint of peach. Toasted grainy malts with slightly sweet fruitiness. A little yeast and butterscotch flavours towards the finish. Aroma is mild hops mixed with some toasty malts. Nice enough. Flavor shows off more of the hops but the malts do appear as more caramel-y in the finish. A nice little pale ale. Pours an orange amber color with a full rocky white head. Aroma of sweet caramel and hop flowers. Delicious pale and toasted malt sweetness along with a dry hopped bitterness and slight citrus flavor. Hopped more like an IPA, but very good and well balanced.
