Jun 27, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear, copper color with a medium, white head. Decent lacing. Sweet, light hoppy aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavor is similar to a good American Pale Ale with a nice hoppiness along with a citrusy finish. Decent in a bottle, but much better at the brewpub in Kona.

Jun 17, 2007 Pours a clear light copper color with very little head. Once the little bit of head goes away, the beer looks quite dead. Very mild aromas of hops and biscuity malt. The hop aroma was weak and reminded me of cellophane. The hop character is a bit more abiding in the taste, but still nothing great. A decent brew; sessionable but nothing exciting.

Jun 15, 2007 Pours bronze with a rocky beige head. the aroma is fairly subdued with some smooth caramel malt and a bit of citrus / piny hops that are quite clean. Medium / thin body that is on the watery side with moderate semi-sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with smooth toasted caramel malt then it gets a bit grainy with some earthy / pine hops with some spicy hops as well. A nice session beer, but nothing that will blow you away.

Jun 11, 2007 Tap @ Grills, Cocoa Beach, FL: Pours an amber red color, good sized head, slight yellowish. Somewhat hoppy aroma, some sweet malty aroma. Sweet taste, but different sweetness than say a honeybrown or a fat tire. Clean taste, slight sweet aftertaste. But a little watery. Refreshng. Not much taste after a while.

Jun 8, 2007 Pour is a amber with a white head. Aroma is a very bready and malty smell. Not much of the hops comes through but still gets you interested. Flavor is some citrus hops with a nice mix of creamy malts. Not a hop bomb by an means but it gets a beer geek interested.

Jun 5, 2007 12oz bottle. Filtered and amber. Medium off-white head. Touch biscuity malt aroma. Slight touch of hops as well. Nice malt flavor. Cookie and bready but with a nice big acidity. Good effervescence. Sticky finish with hints of lime and oranges in the hop palate. Easy drinking with a nice duality between the malts and hops.
