Commercial Description:
Fire Rock Pale Ale is a crisp, refreshing “Hawaiian-style” pale ale. Its signature copper color results from the unique blend of specialty roasted malts. The pronounced citrus-floral hop aroma comes from the liberal amounts of Galena, Cascade & Mt. Hood hops added to each brew.

This was nice. Poured an Orange red high gravity clear liquid with an off-gold head. Aroma was clean and nicely hopped and toasty with a hint of peach. Toasted grainy malts with slightly sweet fruitiness. A little yeast and butterscotch flavours towards the finish. Very nice.

This is a tasty if fairly standard pale. Sweetish malty body, a touch of caramel to it. Grassy hops in the finish. Medium body. Very drinkable.

Shared by HogTownHarry with Blankboy and I. Appearance: Golden orange with a small white head. Aroma: A little malty with black breakfast tea, a little floral hops but not much. Flavour: Hops with tea again, roasty, a tiny bit woody with a bitter finish. Not bad.

Bottle ( 12oz ). Shared with blankboy and garthicus. Clear orange-amber, small diminishing off-white frothy head. Slightly sweet aroma, orange peel and light herbal bitterness. Taste follows, a bit papery. Light body, slightly astringent, not much carbonation, and a little harsh in the finish. Another "meh" brew.

Bottle. Pours a golden light yellow. Aroma is weak, hint of sweetness and hops, but very mild. Flavors are watery, clean, a bit bitter, but not too much of anything.

Clear orange appearance. Some light hops that don’t go anywhere. Weak aroma. Some citrus on the tongue that turns to cough drop lemon bitter. Finishes about the same.
