Commercial Description:
Longboard Lager is a smooth refreshing lager fermented and aged for five weeks at cold temperatures to yield its exceptionally smooth flavor. A delicate, slightly spicy hop aroma complements the malty body of this beer.

Serviceable lager. Only qualm I had was that it couldve had a more interesting finish, like maybe a more unique grassy hop or something.

Poured amber with a small off white head. Light aroma of malt. A watered down malt flavor. Nothing exciting.

On-Tap at the SD Zoo. Poured a honey amber color in the pint glass. Smelled of malt with some sweetness. Tastes very sweet, reminiscent of any yellow fizzy beer except for the sweetness. Palate is crisp with a lingering sweetness. Good and carbonated. Not my favorite beer, but they can’t ALL be my favorite.

Bottle. Pours light golden with a small white head. Aroma is moderately sweet malt with a hint of citrus hops. Flavor is pretty good for a lager, with a decent grain/malt backbone with some sweetish notes, and a hint of hops. Not bad for what it is.

This is a nice change from other lagers, a little more flavorful. A nice golden color with the smell of grains. Would love to try this on tap... in Hawaii.

Bottle fromk beeronthewall. Clear pale goldpour with aromas of crisp hopcitrus, some pale malt. Tastes pale malty, with some sweet honeyish notes, some mild fruity notes, and some finishing floral spicy notes. Watery palate with not a great deal of complexity.

12 ounce bottle with cool Hawaiian label. Nice gold color. It has a lightly bitter, solid, rich flavor with hints of yeast and fruit. Nice aftertaste. This is a superior lager, and like a fine lager should, it would probably go down well in most situations. A pleasant surprise! When I first got it, I was expecting something like Corona - Hawaiian beer, cute label, must be a marketing gimmick, I said to myself. But no - this is the real kahuna.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Light malty aroma with grainy notes. Malty taste with detectable hops.
