Commercial Description:
Longboard Lager is a smooth refreshing lager fermented and aged for five weeks at cold temperatures to yield its exceptionally smooth flavor. A delicate, slightly spicy hop aroma complements the malty body of this beer.

very little aroma to speak of, maybe a very slight hint of corn. Overall, very average. Nice carbonation but average finish.

12 oz bottle from girlfriend’s parents, brought back from the islands. Crystal clear yellow with medium white head. Aroma is more spicy than lager yeast with some caramel malt. Flavor is medium malt, pretty dry though, noble hop spice with lager yeast rounding it out. Medium body and nice carb. Not bad, actually pretty great.

This is part of a beer club. Had only one bottle but was decent for the price. Poured great and had a nice finish. Would do again.

Pretty one-dimensional...hops all around. It wasn’t unpleasant, just not the caliber of beer that I was looking for.

On tap in Hawaii. Decent aroma, nice carbonation. A hint of sweetness there. Very tame and safe but enjoyable with the meal.

Picked up single 12-oz bottle from John’s Marketplace in Portland, OR. Pours a clear pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a fine film and white ring. Aroma of corn grits, some buttery biscuits, a touch of vegetable and flowery hops. Taste is light bodied, decent carbonation with flavors of corn, a touch of yeast and some sour citrus. Finish is slightly bitter and then a clean cut finish.
