Very light in flavor, appearance, and aroma. Not the least bit insulting, after all, its meant to quinch your thirst on those hot days. Never been to hawaii, but I like this beer.

It looked like it had the consistency of water and seemed like everything a yellow, fizzy wuss beer should be. A flat, off-white head, no clues in the aroma. On the first swig, it went straight down the tubes and kept me waiting, until right after I finally got a wash of warm, smooth malts. I wished it were like that from the beginning, but hey, you can’t get everything you ask for.

Bottle. Light golden in color. Faint sweet malty smell. Not a very strong or pronounced flavor. Can taste slight hops. Decent finish. Fairly carbonated

Not a bad lager, sweet tasting flavor was noticeable, with a nice, clean finish. I’m sure I could go through a few of these rather quickly on a nice sunny day.

Draught at some bar in LBI. Pours a body slightly lighter than yeungling. Nice aroma with a bit of hops. Taste is light and refreshing, with some spice and hops. I really enjoyed this, but didnt buy a second one.

Pour is yellow lager like but with a bit of cloudiness and some white dissipating head. Smell is light malt, touch yeast and hops and is decent. Taste is mild light malt, with just a tiny hint of a spiced hefeweisen like taste in the middle, which I’m guessing is from the wheat, and it finishes pretty simply with a very mild sweet finish. This is worth a shot if its available, and I’m sure especially if fresh in Hawaii, but nothing too spectacular. It is a bit unique for a lager, I’ll say, though.
