Commercial Description:
Longboard Lager is a smooth refreshing lager fermented and aged for five weeks at cold temperatures to yield its exceptionally smooth flavor. A delicate, slightly spicy hop aroma complements the malty body of this beer.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with a marking stamped on the label that reads 063009. It pours a slightly golden yellow with limited head, regular carbonation, and good clarity. The aroma has something rather citrusy and sweet in it. The mouth feel is in he medium range. The taste is slightly hopped but also rather tart like pineapple or lemon along with a light spice punch to it. It seems like it is suited for an island environment.

Scored this one thanks to a friend who got it in clearwater Florida at the world of beers store. I really dont like lagers from breweries that make better beers, but this one wasnt bad at all. Very chill, very session. Had a bit more body to it which i liked. Good stuff, good malt feel to it.

12 ounce bottle- poured out a crystal clear, if watery looking, yellow-gold. Aroma was straight lager; hops yeast, malt with maybe a mild citrus backer. Taste was light and crisp with just the right amount of bitterness. An excellent lager.

12 oz bottle while on vacation in SC. Had many of these on the trip, and it was a big hit amongst the group I was with. Overall, I think it’s a very good summertime lager. Not too watery, good flavors, well balanced, smooth with a good lager crispness. Some good citrus notes, also with some light buttery grains, and some herbal grass. Simple, but a nice lager in the heat of the sun.

12oz bottle. Clear gold pour with a thin white head. Crisp and very malty aroma with a touch of hop. Mostly malty flavor with a bit of hop and some fruit in the finish.

Pale yellow pour with a fluffy head. Aroma of corn and wheat. Light crisp body with a slightly sweet and corn body. Nice after laying on the beach for four hours.

not bad, but not a standout from a usually boring style. crean, crisp, and drinkable, with a slight floral earthy hop presence, but too light for me.
