Commercial Description:
Longboard Lager is a smooth refreshing lager fermented and aged for five weeks at cold temperatures to yield its exceptionally smooth flavor. A delicate, slightly spicy hop aroma complements the malty body of this beer.

This is a good drinkable beer. Taste like Yuengling but with more flavor and done Hawaiian style. If you are ever in the islands, give it a try and/or visit the Kona Brewery.

Luv this beer. Is it available in Australia. Had it on Maui when i was there and could not get it off of my mind when i returned home. IMHO would sell realy well in Australia. Could i import personal quantities if not available here?

12oz bottle from the local Hannaford. Pours a light straw yellow crystal clear body with a short lived half inch of off-white head. Smells somewhat bready and biscuity. Tastes sweet with some bready elements as well as an unexpected citric hoppiness supporting. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Very easy drinker, even for the style. I’d definitely get this one again, either to have with macro-drinking friends or on a hot summer day. Good stuff.

Finally got to try this after hearing about it for a couple of years. It is a nice summery brew that is a little bit sweeter than most lagers, but that gives it a smoothness. Typical golden color and aroma. Similar to Kirin Ichiban.

Better than expected! Aroma and appearance were spot on. A nice head from the draft, a little on the blonde side. Quenching.

Beer pours yellow and fizzy with little head. The aroma is light citrus hops. The flavor is clean with a little sweetness and light hops. The palate is a nice fizzy. Overall an excellent version of the style, refreshing and drinkable.

Clear golden in color, with a very small head that dissipated rather quickly. A very pleasant malty odor. Medium carbonation results in a nice tingly mouthful. Somewhat sugary flavor, exactly what I expected from a Hawaiian beer. Very nice, one of my favorite lagers thus far.

Something different among lagers. Bit more of a tang than most lagers, with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. Smooth and light.
