Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw, cereal, meal), average hop (herbs), heavy yeast (horse blanket, barnyard, earth) with notes of banana, clove, pepper, and coriander. Light bodied, thin texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Long duration, light sweetness and bitterness, moderate acidity.

2008 – Great Hawaiian Beer Run
Aroma – Nice Belgian aroma with the yeast helping this out.
Appearance – Light golden color, nice head and clear.
Flavor – Nice Belgian ale flavor with a decent spice profile.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, nice texture with a dry finish.
Overall – The first Organic beer from Hawaii I felt important they let me try this A good Belgian this was a beer more for the Belgian Geeks. But it was pretty good.
