I go to this brewary every time at christmas, and have always been impressed with thier beers. This is definetly my favorite. Great passion fruit flavor, but not too sweet. Very refreshing wheat beer, goes down easy. I hope this one stays around for a while. beerwhore69 (7), Northglenn, Colorado, USA does not count | 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Jun 10, 2009 This is a must when that ever so hot summer sun comes out to play. For a wheat beer, it’s as clear as crystal, with just a hint of passion fruit. This is possibly the best summer beer you could have when that temp goes soaring to 100. Not at all what I would call a "fruity beer". It’s also a big hit with the lady’s. Braudog (3778), Dayton, Ohio, USA

Stark lemonade-like aroma followed likewise with a sweet limey-lemon flavor. Tart and sharp. Sounds weird, but I liked this unique beer. Good light fruity beer. kitschy (210), Nebraska, USA

The nose was a bouquet of passion fruit, peaches and floral NW hops. Oddly, I don’t often opt for a fruity wheat beer but this was a huge exception. It was like Hawaiian paradise in a bottle. Pours a crystal-clear light yellow body with a quickly dissipating thin film of off-white head. Smells fruity, similar to grape of plum (presumably the passionfruit). A unique fruitiness dominates the flavor too, though it’s far from overpowering. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. A unique beer for sure, non-offensive, and great for the fruit wheat beer drinker, as it’s one of the better examples I’ve had. Dmalone102 (221), Denver, Colorado, USA

The passion fruit smells awesome and gives the beer a great aroma, melding well with the slight hop aroma. The fruity taste is good at first, but sort of becomes sour, perhaps too much passion fruit. But hey, one can never have too much passion.
