Ole_R (1183), Oslo, Norway Jul 8, 2008 750 ml corked bottle. Two-finger platina blond head. Body is opaque straw yellow. Semidry grain aroma. Notes ogf dusty and hayish hops, and a vague scent of citrus. Taste is spicy and acidulous fruity, mostly citrus, with some dry, light bready notes. Light-bodied. Short, crisp finish. Easy drinking.
armando629 (387), Budapest, Hungary Aug 18, 2008 Hazy golden-amber beer with a minimal head. Freaky nose of malt, some lactic acid and bottom fermentation yeast(how, this is an ale?),a light coriander what was opened when the beer gets to the room temperature. Interesting body...I don’t know what i can say about it.. I can not decide: it is a nice taste or it is an unpleasant thing? Some light acidity, some malt, no bitterness. Like a sourdough. Interesting, i can say...I must speculate about this. I am hesitating, i don’t know, i can’t say what about, so: how can i rate this beer? I am embarassed about this stuff, but not bad , only embarassed me. I respect the tradition in this beer, i think. I’ve decided it: i like this stuff! cellar (328), Dublin, Ireland Jul 11, 2008 hazy ligth amber, with short dissapering head. some weak malty notes with yeast and grain, sweet and not very interesting.
