Nose is a little tepid compared to other weissbiers I’ve had. Has a very citrusy aroma with some banana. I don’t detect any clove.
Taste has a malty toasted cracker component alongside some banana, but overall it’s a very "cracker" tasting beer. Ritz? Wheat Thins?
Finish is rather short. Perhaps I have an old bottle. shadey (1501), Rochester, New York, USA
