12 oz. Pale gold with a small head that tries. Aromas of rubber-skunk, honey, and grassy hop. Flavor has same components but bitter grass is on top here. Light body is tingly and dryish. Similar to Heineken.

Blond pour releases an pleasantly hoppy aroma, nicely balanced though hitting more hints of a bready and fruity flavor towards the finish, pretty thick for its type, thoroughly enjoyed this

Bottle: Pours a golden with clarity and a white film of head. The aroma has some pale malt with cookie-ish notes and grass. Has rounded carbonation with a mild sweet, cookie malt base in the flavor. The later flavors are predominately grass and pepper. A simple, drinkable German Pilsener.

Appearance: Pours a clear, golden, bubbly body with a small, white head. Smell: Pale, cereal-scented maltiness with some spicy, Noble-type hops. Tiny trace of sulfur, too. Taste: Pale malts with a standard cereal sweetness. Very, very slight breadiness. Spicy, floral hops with a medium bittneress. Grassiness on the finish. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: OK at best, but, let’s face it, there are better pilseners to be had!

Fairly smooth and easy drinking. Slight hoppy bitterness in flavor which coats the tounge in a pleasing way thats hard to describe. Clear golden in color with a thin head. Slight malty aroma which turns to an aroma of freshly toasted bread as the glass warms. Overall this isn’t too bad of a beer, but I have to agree with wyzzywyz22, I’d probably get bored quickly after drinking a few.

Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. Golden colour, thin white head. Soft malt and grassy hop aroma with some malt. Fairly crisp n’ dry, but this style is not something I could drink a huge amount of without getting bored pretty quickly. Not bad barby glagging fodder I suppose.

Draught @ Gasthof Mattlerhof
Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lancing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light hoppy, flowers, buttery notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (260508)
