Pale Yellow..quickly diminishing head. Mild aroma of hay hops, malt, tiny banana esters. Descent palate. Brewed with soft water I think. No real complaints, no real praise..I think that would please a german.

(Draught at Kaisla on 2008-05-09) Pale golden colour. Clear. Small medium head. Dry hoppy and bit sweet nose. Fruity and bitter taste. Boring.

500ml bottle at Ship & Mitre April Fest 08. Gold with lasting off white head. A little bready, but good in the mouth, some lemon, hop, carbonation tingle on finish. Bit metallic, some lemon and lime. Fine pilsner.

pale gold pour with a thin later of white froth. german hop scent that’s slightly funky. thin on the palate but i was really expecting those hops to shine. not so much though, mainly just grass and cardboard. this would be a good beer after mowing lawns all day long.

A solid pilsener i would definitely try again i wouldn’t say the bitterness is harsh on this like some others are saying maybe the first taste or two but its slight ..... a little sweet and smooth going down .... don’t worry about this one its a good bet cheers

Classic is right. Pours a straw color with some carbonation and almost no head. Nose is salty , grassy, sour, and a tad but skunky. Taste is salty and super bitter. Very tradition but somewhat hard to drink because of the excessive bitterness.
