Aroma is hopcitric, some pale malt, mild metallic notes. Tastes crisp, with hopcitrus, some pale malt notes, and some thiols. Not very good, IMHO, and certainly overrated by a lot. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Golden-yellow in colour, fizzy white coloured head, quickly dissipating, no lacing. The aroma is grainy, some pale malts, herbal and grassy hops. The flavour is crisp, lots of grains, cereal and bread, herbal and lightly floral, moderate sweetness. Bitter mouthfeel, medium/light body, high carbonation. Finishes lingering, moderately bitter and dry. This is actually not that bad, one of the better imports at the LCBO.

Clear golden with white head. Weak malts, some herbal hops. A bit watery, good bitterness. A mediocre German pilsener. Rating 5/3/6/2/9.
Draught (8th June 2008) at the pub K65 in Berlin. Oviously much better draught, I gave it 7/3/8/3/14. Perhaps also due to having it at a pub in Berlin on a hot day. ratman197 (3224), Arvada, Colorado, USA
