Bottle (Gruß an den Bodensee!):Clöear, golden, bigger white lacy head; sweet pale malt with a distinctive touch of aromatic hops in the nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, a bit fizzy, but all in all soft; lingering sweet and aromatic-hoppy finish. A well balanced, not too sweet Festbier.......

bottle. Clear deep golden yellow, large white head. Malty nose. Intensive malty flavours dominate. Rounded off with some aromatic and bitter hops and a touch of fruit. Good one.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and dusty pale malty aroma with a shy grainy touch. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malt-character, slightly sugary taste with notes of biscuits, leading into a sweet and malty finish without any hops to speak of (02.IV.09).
