May 24, 2008 Bottle (Dank an den Bodensee !): Clear, greenish-golden coloured, slowly collapsing white foam; papery-grassy nose with a honeyish background; moderate to robust sweet-bitter flavour, a bit alcoholic, medium bodied; sweet, pale-malty and slightly alcoholic finish. Not really bad, even though it tastes like a heavy german Pils........

Apr 19, 2008 (33cl bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Moderately sweet pale malty nose with a touch of biscuits and a grassy hoppy touch. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Slightly biscuity taste, pale malt character; moderately dry, slightly sweet malty finish with a grassy and bitter hoppy touch. Tastes a bit like a souped up Pilsener from the north of Germany (16.04.08).

Apr 10, 2008 Big thanks to quack-duck for the bottle. Looks good, the beer in the glass also. Much foam for a bock. Starts very alcoholic, but turns then spicy and sweet. Drinkable and good bock!

Mar 11, 2008 bottled. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized head. Malty adn slightyl fruity with resiny and grassy hops. Hints of lemon. Full-bodied. Dry and hoppy in the finish.
