May 1, 2007 (33cl swing top bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet and toasty malt aroma, slightly nutty with a whiff of caramel. Medium-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly toasty, malty taste, light notes of caramel; almost dry, slightly bitter and (chest-)nutty finish. Quite balanced and pleasant Dunkel.

Jan 23, 2006 An amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet and slightly yeasty and alcoholic. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, berries, metal, and fruit. The end is very dry - as if the alcohol dries out the mouth, and lasts a long time but the body is thin.
