A good brew for people, who like alcopops, too........... Quack-Duck (3293), Bodensee/Schwarzwald, Germany

Slightly hazy golden yellow with a large and creamy white head. Malty fruity nose. Full-bodied with a nice malty base and some sweet-fruity flavours. Slightly grainy with a fruity-sour touch and very shy hints of barnyard. Besides the rather interesting and unusual malt flavours, that remind me of Belgian Abbey ales, the beer has a fine hop profile. Resiny-grassy hop flavours with a touc of hay, that give the beer a Pils-style character. An unusual and very nice beer with a Belgian touch. Applause for a lovely brewery that has the courage to try out something new and different!
