Commercial Description:
Am 16. Mai 2003 öffentlich vorgestellt, waren die ersten Abfüllungen innerhalb weniger Tage ausverkauft. Mittlerweile besteht (meistens) Lieferbereitschaft. Einziger Nachteil: Man bekommt einfach nie genug davon! Von der DLG mit Gold prämiert (2005). Stammwürze: 12,9 %; Alkoholgehalt: 5,5 % vol.

bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, large head. Hoppy nose. Hoppy flavours dominate (grassy and resiny) on a malty base. Well-balanced and pleasant beer.

(33cl bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a blond foamy head of medium size. Slightly dusty, fresh herbal, slightly grassy hop aroma with a touch of citrus and barley malt in the background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium body with a crispy carbonation. Contrary to the nose more malt-accented taste, yeasty, honey-fruity and slightly buttery; moderately dry and bitter finish with balanced malty and slightly grassy hoppy notes. Solid Zwickel, pleasant to drink.
