Jan 16, 2007 Hazy honey gold hue, with a white head, nice yeasty citrusy nose, with some wheat and pale malt notes, with a subtle coriander spiciness, with a lemon fuitiness in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a crisp sweet honeyish wheaty character, with light spiciness, hint of citrus flowery hops, leading towards a mild sweet rounded and delicate hop finish.

Jan 14, 2007 bottle. Pours light hazy yellow with good sized (and somewhat lasting) white head. Nice soft carbonation. Lemony aroma with a touch of banana. Aroma is very characteristic, and some people might not like this. Taste also dominated by fresh lemon notes as well as a nice wheat base. Some resemblence to Hoegaarden, though slightly "fuller" taste. All in all quite simple, but very nice.

Jan 11, 2007 Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a huge foamy pure white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of wheat is dominating with some very subtle coriander. Taste is also dominated by wheat with some limited spices and yeast characteristic being noticeable. Body is quite light and even if label mention that this beer is not filtrated I am guessing that it is somewhat filtrated. Interesting an refreshing but really lacking something to make this a great beer.

Jan 9, 2007 Updated: Feb 5, 2007(Bottle) Pours light yellow/golden. Big white head. Strong sweet banana and citric aroma with some spices, cloves and allspice. Bubbelgum-ish and a thouch of candy. Some green herbs and maybe a tiny hint of violet. Sweet flavour with banana skids and a light spicy backbone. A small touch of dry bitterness in the finish with a sting of citric sourness. A bit salty. Small body.

Jan 4, 2007 Straw, cloudy, nice, white head. Flavour, well I admit that La Trappe has a very, special place in my heart, I simply like their beers!! This one is Ok, but not among the best, though. It has sweetness, is refreshing and light with notes of coriander and citrus. It’s not very wheaty, but easy to drink.

Jan 3, 2007 0.33l bottle at home. Hazy yellow with white head that vanished quickly. Very light aroma and I couldn’t define anything. Maybe some lemon. Taste is refreshing, lemony with some spice.
