Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of lemon, wheat, spices, and yeast. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, white head that lasted throughout. Hazy. Not sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of yeast, wheat, slight pepper, and slight Robitussin. Light to medium body. Lightly tingly, lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet, wheat, and spice finish.

A very clear white beer, not that much happening, think it’s a little too watery. Still drinkable in many ways

On tap A bit light for a witte, but clean and tasty. Basically reminiscient of Hoegaarden minus the amount of spices.

very clean, lack of spice. esters finally emerge as the brew warms to lend some redeeming value. quite bland otherwise.

Bottle. Tried as La Trappe witte.Cloudy with a big head. Some traces of citrus. Not my favourite style but found this quite pleasant and easy to drink.

On tap at The Raleigh Times. Poured a creamy yellow haze with a firm but sturdy head. Mildly sweet taste with hintws of honey, wheat bread, lemon zest. Soothing mouthfeel and finish.
