Pours a lightly bubbly yellow, fluffy head, but doesn’t hang around for too long. Nose is sweet, slightly alcoholic, not too complicated. Real taste of grains and citrus, nice sweet aftertaste. Simple wheat beer, not as complex as I would hope for a trappist. borisz (188), Netherlands

I tried this beer on April 2, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Camada. The beer poured a cloudy gold with a 1" thick white head. The aroma was wheat malt, some banana, some cloves, some grain, and a hint of hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour was wheat malt, sweet malt and spices and a nice bitter finish.
