Jun 4, 2005 Red in colour with a light ten, fairly thick head. Strong slightly fruity scent. Very subtle alcohol taste mixed with a slightly fruity taste. Fruit taste rises with the aftertaste. At least 5 distinct flavors from mouth to aftertaste. Nothing too strong or overpowering. Bizzare grainy lacing.

Hazy copper-golden color, with a white head. Aroma coraiander, yeast, spice. Medium body. Taste bit sweet, coriander, yeast, perfect in balance with the hops . Nice, whitebeer.

Dec 23, 2003 Pours copper with a white head. Scent is somewhat berry-like. Taste is sweet and tart, reminding me strongly of green apples. Effervescent and sparkly, yet smooth. A nice, friendly beer.

Jan 7, 2004 Bottle. An average sized white head that was frothy with fine-small sized bubbles that were mostly lasting. The body was transparent with fast rising carbonation and a golden hue. The nose was malty, some hop notes, sweet, citrusy, and some notes of berries. The flavor was sweet, fruity, smooth, and somewhat sour and tart. The texture was smooth and dry. This was a light-medium bodied beer with average amounts of lacing on the sides of my glass.
