This was a great cider that I know I'm going to have difficulty describing. Very intresting nose, sweet orchard apples and fragrant blossoms. Pour was traditional flat cider, with little head and pale straw color. Flavor was very good. Reminded me greatly of a very sweet white wine with apple hues. Flavor finished sweet with a final bite of dryness. Over all, this was quite good. Thanks to ante for sending this gem my way.

Oct 24, 2009 Can 500 ml, bought some for my father (didn’t see the ABV %), the appler flavor was kind of nice but a bit to chemical. And the alcoholic flavor were to strong!

Mar 2, 2009 can 50 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Clear - almost crystal clear with a lighly tint of yellow. Intensely sweet and somewhat artificial apple aroma. Medium body with sweet and artificial apple accents. Basically no acidity. Artificial all the way through. 090209

Feb 14, 2009 Can 50cl. at a Papsø tasting 09-Feb-2009 - Thanks to one of the guys. Clear watery light yellow shade - no head. Mould, spicy, high minerals, apples, fruity, white sugar, candy, winegums. Thin finish.

Feb 9, 2009 50 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with no head. Dry herbal elderflower aroma with a mild citric note beneath. Sweet flavoured with a mild apple fruity base and more sweet elderflower. Sweet and fruity finish. Sodapop cider.

Nov 9, 2007 A light yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples, and so is the flavor. OK body. Nothing wrong, but nothing exciting either.
