Some grapefruit and soft banana nots in the aroma together with a dark malt bubblegum. Clear dark brown with a lasting, lacy, off-whitish blanket. Gingerbread and liquorice flavour remeniscent of the Anchor christmas beer (old special?) Dark malt characteristics and sourish with a subtle bitterness that increases in the finish. Perceptible hops. Medium carbonation, medium body, lasting bitterness but not annoingly so.

Dark brown coloured, medium sized cappuccino head, mild roasted nose. The taste is also light roasted, very fruity and chocolate with notes of yeast and hops. Also some vinous notes in the finish.
