Dark reddish brown coloured beer with a medium disappearing head. Light toffee aroma. The taste is sweet with a rather creamy palate. Very short neutral finish.

Bottled. Dark brown, rich firm head. Aroma of coffee and caramel. Sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly salty finish.

From tap, Dark reddish liquid with creamy head, aroma of malt and high sweetness, flavors of coffee and milk with sweet (maybe too sweet) aftertaste, Impressive beer.

50 cl bottle at Skallerup Klit. Brown reddish color with a nice beige head. Aroma is roasted malt and sweetness. Flavor is roasted and caramel malt - sweet. Nice, but a bit thin and watery.

Not bad. Highly drinkable - it goes down very easy. It has a low alcohol content of 3.8%, but doesn’t taste watery like many similar strength brews. Rather, the flavour is allowed to shine without too much alcoholic influence. A little bit sweet, but with a pleasantly dark and malty follow-through. All in all a very good beer.

500ml can
Deep reddy brown, bready head. Smell is a bit metallic. Quite watery palate, but a decent enough burnt maltiness to it. Very restrained hops. A little sweet, but some samples we’ve had have been very sweet - quality control’s not their strong point. Quite drinkable, but not very exciting.
