Jan 18, 2003 Slightly hazy golden color. Nose is fruity with a touch of malt. The body has plenty of malt bite accentuated by a fruity hoppiness. Finishes balanced with a touch of alcohol and a slight bitterness. A fairly nice lager, I wonder if this brewery has stepped up their processes in the last year?

Jan 6, 2003 clear, golden colored with a decent head and lace. Lots of german malt and hops in nose. Thin to medium bodied, clean and smooth with a snappy bitterness and a semi-sweet malt backbone. Very good lager. Thank you psychprof.

Dec 13, 2002 Very much like their Helles, just a touch lighter in the mouth and softer on the tastebuds...but not much. Lots of malt actions.
