Commercial Description:

Bottle at EsBF09. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is mild, subtle fruitiness, good chalk note. Low bitterness. Very clean, but not crisp, chalky instead. Tastes like a real Kölsch. Tastes as if Austrian water has been used.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Light light unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, virtualy none lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, keller, fruity, molasses notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090910]

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt, and so is the flavor on a sweet back ground.
