Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 23, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Pours a very cloudy orangey brown with a lively, bubbly, beige head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma of dried fruit, yeast and alcohol. A bit too heavy in carbonation - I get huge, vulgar champagne bubbles in my mouth. The body is solid with accents of fruit, raisins and yeast before a surprisingly hoppy finish that also contains quite some alcohol. 221207 yespr (6373), Copenhagen O, Denmark Dec 29, 2007 50 cL bottle, thanks to Papsoe. Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished head. Mild spiced aroma. Flavour is mild spiced, solid yeasty and caramel solid flavoured.
