Feels like drinking a nice Franconian hell and then a soft, Bohemian-esque hit of hops (albeit Lublin) comes in. Nicely balanced. duff (5475), Surrey, Greater London, England

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 13, 2001 I’m a bit disappointed after all of the positive comments. A good solid (but unspectacular) Pils flavor, plenty hoppy and zesty, but I thought the appearance and nose more reminiscent of an American macro; not much there. Finished better than, say, Rolling Rock, and I will give it another chance someday. Radek Kliber (3962), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Dec 21, 2002 Invitingly bright golden beer with nice head. Sweet malty aroma. Very good grainy malt flavoring with hint of citrus edge. Very nice. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jun 19, 2002 Smells slightly wheaty and is fairly mild. I like this a bit better than Okocim O.K. Beer because it’s a hint more flavorful. Gusler (2655), Tucson, Arizona, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 28, 2002 Updated: Aug 4, 2004Upon its departure from the 500ml brown bottle, the beer takes up temporary residence in my glass a clarion gold color with the head as white as a cloud on a summer's day and the texture semi-creamy, after its demise, the lace forms a thin white veil to obfuscate the glass. Nose is malt, crisp and fresh with the start sweet and malt laden, top is skimpy in feel. Finish is light to moderate in carbonation, the hops apropos to the style, dry lingering aftertaste. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 28, 2002 Mild and pretty smooth drinking. Light malt nose. Very pale yellow. Fizzy, with a tart/tangy finish that turns tinny -- makes you want to spit after a while. An odd, somehow darkish yeast presence under the whole thing.
