Commercial Description:
What is this MyMaiBock? Well it is my maibock...get it? So what is a maibock you ask.... and we answer: it is a pale or "helles" bock traditionally tapped in May. Now that we are making it year round you won’t need to wait until May to enjoy this great refreshing golden looking brew with a powerful malt finish--- typical of the style. You’ll enjoy looking at this beer as much as tasting it, but put it in a glass though-- both will be easier. Rumor has it that refrigerating this brew will help preserve its flavor!

From a bottle at the UCLA game. Color was clear gold. Aroma of sweet malt, overripe fruit and corn tortillas; bizarre. Flavor was equally as weird; sweet malt, rotten fruit, corn tortillas and sweet malt. Not good.

Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Grain malt butter and butterscotch aroma and taste with a fairly clean finish. Decent.

22oz bottle. Dark yellow/gold pour, it had a decent white head with some longevity. Sweet, fruity aroma, kind of strange. Flavor is a little different, slightly sweet, but with hop bitterness in there as well, strange, but not to bad.

First Rating... Pours a hazy golden with white head and lots of carbonation bubbles..Smell is pretty sweet almost like an apple or grape juice. I don’t really smell alot of malt...Taste isn’t as sweet as the smell would lead you to believe. Slightly malty but I can’t really pick up on anything else. Lingering finish.. Lots of carbonation.
