| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Mar 20, 2009 Appearance: Pours a clear, orange-amber body with a very thin, whitish head.
Smell: Here we go again. Displeasingly tart, vaguely fruity nose mixed in with some lightly toasted malts.
Taste: Ugh. Tart, infection-laden component nearly obscures the underlying malts and spicy hops. The tartness hangs on with an iron grip until the merciful finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Pete’s Place, along with Siletz and Northwoods is quickly becoming ingrained in my mind as brewery with infection issues. What a shame. SSSteve (2066), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
