Oct 1, 2008 A semi hazed yellow pour with off white head and lace. An odd odor of restroom drain and light pepper. Harsh stale drain like flavor, pepper, and lemon. Foamy and thin. Not in line with the rest of their beers I had this day. Something was just off.

Sep 30, 2008 Blums Belgian Wheat-on tap-pours a thin white head and slightly hazy yellow color. Aroma is drain/raw wheat, secondary yeast. Taste is a middle of the road wheat (not Belgian though) pepper, lemon, some wheat, yeast.

May 21, 2004 Super cloudy and super light, with a slight head. Citrus sulphur aroma. Flavor is citussy, with a sharp bitterness of orange or grapefruit peel and hops. I did not enjoy tis too much....
