EtownEraser (63), New Jersey, USA Jul 2, 2004 This was my first sampling at the NJ beer Fest. The pour produced a light brown head and the appearance was yellow-brown. It had a nice caramel araoma with overtones of hops. This is a full bodied beer with a bitter finish. A must for the IPA fan.
decaturstevo (1335), decatur, Tennessee, USA Oct 1, 2008 Copper with white head and lace. Light hops and apples on the nose. Semi sweet maltiness, hops and fruit. A bit thin with good carbonation. A decent drinker. HoppityHop (89), USA Jul 20, 2007 Light amber with not much of a head, but enough to do the job. Lacing was decent, but I couldn’t grab much of an aroma. The flavor seems to be a cross between English malts and mild American hops (and I do stress mild).......basically, a pretty run of the mill brewpub attempt at pleasing the masses. Didn’t really didn’t impress. jkoch (40), USA Jul 1, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. Clear amber with about 1 finger of offwhite head that laces nicely. The aroma was a very mild citrus. The flavor was hoppy with a bitter citrus (grapefruit) finish. Very smooth and drinkable. I really enjoyed this beer. jcwattsrugger (4087), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Dec 26, 2006 on tap-pours an off white head that laces and amber color. Aroma is citrus, faint caramel. Taste is citrus-hops with some bitterness, faint caramel-medium malt. OK carbonation. thedm (3407), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Nov 18, 2006 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy fine to medium sized tan colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent softly carbonated golden brown colored body and an excellent lacing. The almost non-existant aroma was bready. The mouth feel was smooth at the start and mediumly tingly at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt hops and mild caramel. An OK brew just nothing special.
