Ungstrup (11702), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 29, 2004 The aroma is sour - is it the use of brewing cereal or the lack of alcohol? The color is a light amber and it has a beutiful head. The flavor is quite sweet, as opposed to the aroma, and has notes of malt and honey. Papsoe (11073), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 26, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Neatly golden with a fine, dense head. Soft, malty and slightly sweet with a clearly marked bitterness in the finish. Weak notes of metal. 240500 yespr (7787), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jul 6, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and almost golden yellow. Holds a nice one finger thick white head, slowly collapsing. Aroma is mild hoppy and slight grassy. Minor cardboardish note. Flavour is actually quite nicely balanced between malt (mild caramel to corn) and light floral hops notes leading into a nice and mild bitterness. Only vague cardboardish and grassy. Not too bad, and for what is it - well done! oh6gdx (6460), Vaasa, Finland Dec 30, 2006 Bottled. Golden colour, small white head, leaces some lace. Aroma is malts, rubber and paper. Flavour is sweet malts with buttery notes. Not totally horrible. MiP (6337), Flensburg, Germany May 1, 2006 Bottle. Weak aroma, not unpleasant. Golden colour, strangely unstable, cobwebby, white head. Sweet flavour with some breadiness. The bitterness is not as unpleasant as one often gets in many Alkoholfreis. But why so sweet?
