Bière de Mars 1664 : an exceptional brew, specially made for Spring ! Bière de Mars, the Mars beer, is the first brew to be made in the year from the fresh crop of malts and hops. It is a mellow, fruity beer with a full flavour - floral aromas (from the Strisselspalt hops), fruit (bananas, ripe fruit) and subtle notes of roasted and caramelised malt. The beer has an elegant well-balanced bitterness. Bière de Mars 1664 is a copper-coloured beer, with a thick, creamy head and is brewed to 5.5° alcohol.
