cdeaton (66), Madison, Indiana, USA Oct 16, 2007 Rather bland, slightly sour, little carbonation, but far from offensive. Just not worth the price in the States. KnutAlbert (3110), Oslo, Norway Oct 16, 2007 Bottle, Oslo Beer Festival.
I remember drinking this on draft in Strasbourg many years ago, and I think they have removed most of the flavour to make it a global brand. Light, easy drinking, there is a hoppy finish that’s ok. dkazuk (247), winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Oct 6, 2007 330ml bottle.
Pours a honey amber with a fair sized head. Aroma is sour and hoppy. Tastes acidic and bitter. Smooth and balanced. Nice finish. Thin palate. BallyLoser (134), Redmond, Washington, USA Oct 6, 2007 Updated: Jul 19, 2009Tin: Light colour and body. A bit of a sour taste at first. easy to drink without an aftertaste. dry. larsga (2937), Oslo, Norway Oct 6, 2007 Medium shiny offwhite head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Sugary soft drink-like malty aroma. Soft sweetish malty taste with notes of apple and paper. Watery. No aftertaste. Bitterish papery taste lingers. Vaguely fruity. Not bad, nor good. (0.33l bottle, Internasjonalen, Oslo.) jwdevalue (158), Neptune, New Jersey, USA Sep 29, 2007 This is part of a beer club. Had only one bottle but was decent for the price. Poured great and had a nice finish. Would do again. swoopjones (1862), Buffalo, New York, USA Sep 29, 2007 draft @ little cafe in Paris. boring pale yellow lager nothing special but drinkable. TheBeerMaster (100), Little Falls, New Jersey, USA Sep 21, 2007 With a bottle as fancy as this one looks, you’d expect a much fuller flavor. Reminiscent of glass in the end, but the initial taste is actually quite pleasing. Something is left to be desired ultimately, but overall I’m pleased with the result.
