Tap - Three Tuns, Canterbury. Golden yellow and clear despite the heavy carbonation. An OK white head. Faint aromas of slightly citric hops. Fresh and crisp bittersweetness and a thirst-quenching finish. At the end of a night out of drinking, I was in the mood for something light and refreshing and this did the job rather well. It’s a simple lager that does what simple lagers are supposed to do.

Surprisingly good due to the unusual taste given by the wheat malts that form part of the malt structure. Crisp and refreshing. Thin in the mouth but with an attractive sourness and a hint of bite.

Pale gold yellow colour; toasted barley and yeasty aroma; slightly sweet malt flavour with refreshing, bitter hops in finish; a fairly bland beer, but not bad

Single bottle from Total Wine in Jacksonville. The suck fest continues as I travel my taste buds to the home of the big white surrender flag, France. Pours a pale gold color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is typical bavarian hops.Taste is bit bland and rather uninteresting. No thanks Frenchies.

Rather bland, slightly sour, little carbonation, but far from offensive. Just not worth the price in the States.

Bottle, Oslo Beer Festival. I remember drinking this on draft in Strasbourg many years ago, and I think they have removed most of the flavour to make it a global brand. Light, easy drinking, there is a hoppy finish that’s ok.

330ml bottle. Pours a honey amber with a fair sized head. Aroma is sour and hoppy. Tastes acidic and bitter. Smooth and balanced. Nice finish. Thin palate.
