Jul 7, 2007 I tried this on June 30, 2007 after purchasing it from my local LCBO store. Having tried the Kronenbourg Lager, I decided to try this. The beer smoothly into the glass with a nice light gold colour, clear, with a thin head. The aroma is faint, but malty. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with some mild carbonation. The taste is more hops than malt and has a slightly bitter finish. Overall, a decent beer that I may try again but I prefer the lager.

Jul 7, 2007 Caramel aroma. Golden color, thin head, good lacing. Good flavor of grain and hops, but lacks character. Ordinary hop finish. Plenty of flavor, nothing at all distinctive.

Jul 1, 2007 Well, I just had this beer for the second time and it was not as good as I remember. Then again the first time I drank this it was 13yrs ago in France and I was 14 and did not know what good beer was. Slightly watered down taste, very pale body, and not much of a head. Smooth to drink is the one plus that I can give this and that is about all.

Jun 29, 2007 french beer..., enough said. clear golden with no head and lively carbonation. the aroma is of light malt and the flavor is sweet and spicy.

Jun 27, 2007 Canette 500ml. De couleur dorée et transparente. Nez de grains de malt pâle, léger de houblon herbeux (gazon mouillé et foin) et floral ainsi que de faibles notes de pain et quelques traces métalliques. Mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-fort et croustillant ainsi qu’une texture aux petites notes aqueuses. Goût de grains de malt pâle croustillant lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un léger goût sucré du malt et herbeux (gazon mouillé) ainsi que de faibles notes de pain et de céréales puis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon herbeux (foin) et floral légèrement asséchant. Post goût moyen-court et aux notes sèches, légèrement amer de houblon herbeux et floral avec de faibles notes métalliques.
