Oct 12, 2005 Draught at the Young Ave Deli in Memphis. This was the last beer in our monthly tasting and was disappointed. (had to have another beer to finish strong) Pale yellow color with a little more flavor than water.

Oct 4, 2005 Bottled. Golden colour, with mediumsized white head. Aroma is malty with hints of hay and honey. Flavour is smooth malts and hops with hayish hints. Wellbalanced flavour, and very smooth lager. Pleasant to drink and refreshing.

Sep 23, 2005 Sharp grainy aroma. Clear golden color with a decent white head. Clean, watery and refreshing with a touch of hops in the finish and some smooth low flavor malt throughout.

Sep 20, 2005 Had this straight from the bottle. Aroma of some malts and light hops. Thin flavor of light hops with a highly carbonated body. Not exciting, not terrible. It was beer and was refreshing sitting around the pool.

Sep 19, 2005 Some skunk present but after that drifted away a moderately-hopped Euro-lager appeared. Cereal aroma with a modicum of light honey. If this were too cold I could see it approaching soda water in mouthfeel but at 8 degrees Celsius it’s not so bad and could certainly teach the Molsons and Labatts a thing or two.
