Bottle 25cl. @ home.
Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain toasted, corn, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090314]

not very attractive aroma initially, not much on the appearance, fizzy head, flat body, flavor got better once it got on your palate, light and smooth lager, palate was smooth, light and overall it is good and refreshing if you want a quick light grab, lacks in the complexity.

~Pours a pale clear gold color with big fluffy white head. ~When I first opened the bottle it smelled similar to skunky weed. Once in the glass it has a medicinal (think pepto bismol) scent of sugary malts and spicy hops. Scent is quite nice compared to other pale lagers. ~Flavor of sweet light malts, mild hops and a touch of straw. Again quite pleasant. ~Medium almost creamy feel. Very fizzy in the mouth. ~ This is an enjoyable lager. Simple and pleasant. Be fun to drink a case of this with some buddies.

Pale gold, white head. Sweet skunky aroma. Taste is light mostly sweet malts and some corn. Couldn’t detect much hops. Light body, easy to drink.

Bottle. Strasbourg. I thought this is a better tasting pale lager from France. Good hop flavor and bitterness, little malt notes. Finishes clean and crisp. Enjoyable for sure.

Sampled on 4/9/2009. This Pale Lager pours a light gold color from a 33cl bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is green bottle skunk, cereal and grain. A light to medium bodied Pale Lager. The malts are grain and cereal. The hops are spicy and slightly floral. Nice carbonation. This would probably be a better than average Pale Lager if it wasn’t for green bottle skunk. The skunk in this bottle is pretty damn bad, but either my taste buds are getting used to it or it is diminishing as the beer warms. Nice carbonation. Decent balance. Mouthfeel is a little thin. Finish is crisp and clean. The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
