In the bottle. Rich golden in color. Solid malty taste with a medium body. Good balance witha little bit of bitter bite. Head somewhat weak. Green bottle probably allows for photosensitivity which explains the skunky comments of others.

Light golden color. Head is very thin and is gone quickly. It is best on tap when allowed to warm a little. Not a bad lager.

Golden with a small head. Can't find much in aroma, maybe some sugary malt? Light-bodied and watery with some plastic and sweet flavour. Ultra-bland.

Not good. The 1664 thing neat, but drinking the beer isnt. Hoppy yes, but also bitter. Yuck.

Can with a WIDGET. Sweet cherry malt aroma. Dark golden color with giant head and lots of bubbles - does look very nice. Slightly sweet cherry malt and light hops finish. Actually way better than regular 1664,

slight aroma, slight sweet taste without any bitterness. Not bad for a French beer but not spectacular.

500 ml can. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head that diminishes to a thin head. Aroma of grainy malt and mild spicy hops. Flavor of grainy malt, adjuncts with mild spicy hops, it’s not dry and there’s no hops bitterness. The body is light to medium and the carbonation is lively, the carbonation is what mostly defines the mouthfeel. On a positive side there are no flaws in this beer, on the negative side it’s a highly carbonated bland beer.

Good hoppy aroma, perhaps a little too sweet with a hint of malts. Pale, golden coloured with a rocky, medium whithe lasting head. Taste is hoppy, bitter, metallic, watery. Smooth and watery palate.
