Pours a pale yellow color. Aromas of vegtables, grass, and malt. Flavor of dry malt with a hop mild finish.

An acceptable mass-produced lager! Straw coloured with a white head and highly carbonated; full in the mouth with some bitterness and a hint of pears; a sweet aftertaste.

Bottle from a Beers of the World boxed assortment. Poured golden and clear with fizzy carbonation and a foamy white head. Pretty typical lager aroma, sweet malts, adjuncts and hops. Pretty poor flavor, a little sour and skunky. Light body and highly carbonated.

500ml can, pale golden yellow hue, good foamy white head, with lacing, fresh floral hay, pale malt and herbal aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with crisp floral hop, hint of bubblegum, sweetish pale malt accent, fruity in a shy hop clean finish.

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Skunk aromas. Sweet, crisp malt from front to back.

Tap in Marigot, St. Martin. Dark straw body with a moderate film of bubbles. Honey colored. Strong pleasant honey/malt/skunk smell. Taste-slight skunk, honey, some cereal/husk that goes well together. Strong pils malt taste. Thick full mouthfeel for such a thin beer. I don;t know if it is because I am dying for a beer to slake my thirdt in this God forsaken humidity or if this is actually a good beer, but I like this. Goes well with the local climate.

I was dissapointed by this beer. Although it was light and smooth it lack the care and prestige that beers from this region should have, mild malts and almost no hops.

Tastes very much like the original Kronenbourg, more dry maybe.
