Straw coloured with a white head and highly carbonated; full in the mouth with some bitterness and a hint of pears; a sweet aftertaste. SDbruboy (1833), San Diego, California, USA

Poured golden and clear with fizzy carbonation and a foamy white head. Pretty typical lager aroma, sweet malts, adjuncts and hops. Pretty poor flavor, a little sour and skunky. Light body and highly carbonated. rederic (1815), montréal, Quebec, Canada

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 19, 2005 Tap in Marigot, St. Martin. Dark straw body with a moderate film of bubbles. Honey colored. Strong pleasant honey/malt/skunk smell. Taste-slight skunk, honey, some cereal/husk that goes well together. Strong pils malt taste. Thick full mouthfeel for such a thin beer. I don;t know if it is because I am dying for a beer to slake my thirdt in this God forsaken humidity or if this is actually a good beer, but I like this. Goes well with the local climate. | 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 5, 2006 I was dissapointed by this beer. Although it was light and smooth it lack the care and prestige that beers from this region should have, mild malts and almost no hops. pilsnerrogge (1794), Finspång, Sweden
