Filtered with a golden hue. Lacing white head. Corny grainy cereal aromas. Mild fresh hop nose. Medium to light bodied and crisp. Mildly skunked. Tight effervescence. Sticky and coating. I used to drink this all the time in college, and still find it enjoyable. 21iceman40 (1731), vienna, West Virginia, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 2, 2001 This one was pretty good. I always like beers that have numbers in the title. It makes it sound historic. It was a solid beer. Not the greatest, but good. SudsMcDuff (1711), was CapeTown,SA-now Houston, Texas, USA

| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Feb 11, 2003 Rocky head that quickly fades, pale golden colour. Nose is hoppy but rather bland. Flavour is slightly sweet with a mild hop finish. Reminds me of Paris where you could pick up a six pack for 5 bucks at the grocery store or 6 bucks a glass in the cafes. Go figure.
