500ml can. Soapy whte head sits atop a lifeless golden body. Sweetish aroma (corn?). Weak malt falvours, some bittereness.

From can. urine yellow/orange in colour. Crisp white head. Medium carbonation. Sweet honey flavour, slick syrup texture. Slight hint of malt. A little different than other lagers this style. A bit to chemically and not that good.

Draft. I have to say I was suprised to see this beer rated so low en masse when I got around to rating it. I didn’t like the beer all that much myself, especially the thin palate, but found some characteristics to redeem it. The nose is grassy and grainy, like a lager should. Nothing in the flavor suggested the commercial faux pas of the macros (chemical flavors, acidity, sour aftertaste). In fact, I discovered some caramel, bready flavors with the neverending carbonation. My bias against lagers holds this one down, though.

Had a 250ml can of this on an Air France flight to, of course, France. This being my first French beer of the trip I was highly disappointed. This can’t even hold its own around other macro brewed lagers. Smells skunked, taste is sour, bitter and intrepid. More like a badly spoiled champagne. Repulsive, avoid if you can.

The skunk aroma hits youe 3 feet away from the pour out of the bottle. Must be a good pils, right? I mean, it looks like it comes from a brown bottle, but upon closer inspection, that bottle is green. That means premium, right. Oooh, this beer is must going to be good. Pours totally clear golden piss yeloow, no bubbling, no carbonation, and no french balls. 1 inch empty bubble (that’s my terms for a head with no balls), foam head. Smells like corn. Taste like, water, corn leftovers, and corn malt. Wh? Why bother brewing a beverage like this. Must sell large infrance due to a "We wish we were bigger that Texas" marketing campaign. God, I am relentless against these imitation, American, crap, PALE, lagers, (lager for crap).

Drank with Stegosaurus and Beereded_one at Newton brew fest. One of the worst beers I had at the festival. Pours gold serious skunk / grass smell and bad after taste.
