Nice, lively shoulders of pooling foam. Aroma is biscuity and graham-like with a slightly stale, mildly spicy hoppiness and a touch of thiol. Came across rather malty but a bit thin in the flavor. Little bitterness. Slightly doughy. Touch of metallic. Finishes surprisingly dry for the initial sweetness. Pretty much par for the course. JFURYCAT (791), East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, USA

Then again, we gave the world Budweiser, and they haven’t accused us of trying to poision them yet, so who are we to talk. beachbum25 (783), Powellville, Maryland, USA

Not a whole lot going on here, had a grassy, corn flavor to it. Kind of bitter, I wouldn’t really recommend it, I guess you could drink it if you had to, but why?? yalnikim (781), Wellington, New Zealand

Yellow-gold, bright, white head, smoothly carbonated, mild honey nose and flavour, a drying bitterness with little hop flavour, lightweight, techincally correct (for a category that interests the willing majority more than it interests me). It’s what you expect and that is, unfortunately, pretty disappointing. When in France... go for wine, I suppose. That’s a bit harsh, I know. NJBeerman013 (776), Trenton, New Jersey, USA

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting a lot from this lager. And, not suprisingly, it didn’t have much to offer. It is a light golden lager, with a foamy head, weak nose, and a flavor to match. This brew is filled with a good bit of corn sweetness and a bit of a grassy fake hop note. Hmm, I wonder why. Hop Extract?? Are they first time home brewers? When in France, stick with the wine. jehoey (766), Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, USA

More pleasant than carling, but that’s not saying much. aroma is corny with slight hops. golden color with un appealing white head. Flavor was of macro swill with some bitter notes in the end as well as some metal. voota (761), Melbourne, Australia

Not too nice aroma, very corny and showing very little hops. Flavour is thin, bordering on watery. Thin, slightly malt with a fake bitterness. Pretty ordinary.
