If you have to drink beer from France, this is the way to go. Full bodied, smooth, light tasting lager. Unremarkable, but not too bad.

A very nice beer. Nothing to write home about though.

Dark straw color with a white unimpessive head. Seems gassy with slight cardboard and grass aromas. Fairly thin and odd malt flavors. Acidic after taste.

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. light malt aroma. Sweet malt flavor with light hay and light grass. Medium bodied. Finishes sweeter with a bit of hay.

Pretty good lager when not skunked (which is rare).

In the bottle. Rich golden in color. Solid malty taste with a medium body. Good balance witha little bit of bitter bite. Head somewhat weak. Green bottle probably allows for photosensitivity which explains the skunky comments of others.

Had this sampled in Collioure, close to the eastborder to Spain with Sus, Jes and Helle on the biketour. We enjoyed it alot after the biketours to Latour and pleased it for its watery flavor.
