Nothing special here, move along. Had it when the other choices were Miller and Bud.

I cannot believe that 1664 comes from the same brewery as Kronenbourg-Elk-Piss. They should only brew this one. It’s not good, but it’s a good Helles for France. -- Try without chemics and with more belgian or german knowhow -- By the way: Beer in France (Paris) is far too expensive ! Price/Quality rating = - 20

a pale beer that doesn’t taste too pale. whatever that means... however, tastes a bit rusty. best to drink from the bottle, as it is pretty dull when poured in to a glass.

Straight forward lager, golden colour with small head, malt aroma, oily texture and slight bitterness.

Decent aroma. Malt a fair bit of hop. Pours coopery golden with a bit of foamy head, not too big. A bit different from your average lager. Kind of a doughy maltyness to the flavour. Bit on the watery side. Slight bitter hop punch at the end. Not too bad for your average European lager.

I drank this on the night of the infamous exploding tequila bottle in the fire...I was hit with broken glass in the face while drinking a Kronenbourg and some other girl got cut on the eye....It was like the Balkan Powder Keg all over again...minus the world war outcome

It was a while ago, but I think it is a reasonable beer, but a bit flat and without a really distincting taste.

Golden, low head. A little bit bitterhop flavor. Generally ok, but not fantastic.
