Pale golden color, head quickly gone, but leaving some lace. The nose is slightly grassy with some hops. The body contains some bitterness following a rather intense spritziness. Finishes with a light bitterness and some accompanying grassiness.

Another skunky, typical Euro lager. They all taste the same; although this one might be a little dryer and not quite as sweet as others.

Draft at Fiddlestick’s in the Village NYC. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting a lot from this lager. And, not suprisingly, it didn’t have much to offer. It is a light golden lager, with a foamy head, weak nose, and a flavor to match. This brew is filled with a good bit of corn sweetness and a bit of a grassy fake hop note. Hmm, I wonder why. Hop Extract?? Are they first time home brewers? When in France, stick with the wine.

Little discernable hop aroma flavour or bitterness. Barely noticable malt notes. That should mean it is nicely balanced, but in reality its just ordinary.

Kronenbourg 1664 is nothing but a light lager with a corny taste and aroma. I wasn't expecting much from this beer anyway.

Bright golden clor. White thiny head. Aroma is hoppy, herbal. Flavour is more balanced, malty but ending in a short hoppy finish. Light-medium bodied.
